At the pre-construction phase, our effort to define and organize a project adds immense value and reduces risk for our owners. Our success depends on identifying and addressing the unique needs and requirements of each client and developing a strategy for achievement.
We work to minimize the risks associated with a construction project with focus on the fundamental processes or tools of construction management: Estimating, MEP Coordination, Scheduling, Cost Control, and Safety.
PMCH maintains a skilled labor force of full-time tradesmen to perform selected categories of work.
Our team works with the designers to develop the building model for use in constructability review, coordination of trades and layout of the work. This tool is utilized to provide clarity, streamline the building process and avoid conflicts that allows for more effective cost management.
With in-house personnel, we are able to bridge the processes of MEP design and construction at an early stage. This value-added service provides another level of oversight from system analysis, estimating, value engineering, construction and commissioning.
We employ a full-time Safety Director who is responsible for implementing training and monitoring field operations to ensure the highest level of safety on all PMCH projects. It is through a proactive approach to safety management that we continuously strive for accident prevention.
